José Eduardo Ochoa-Luna is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Universidad Católica San Pablo, Arequipa – Peru (Since 2013). He is also the coordinator of the Full-time Master Program in Computer Science (Funded by Concytec – Peru).
His current research interests include Machine Learning applied to Natural Language Processing, Probabilistic Graphical Models, Data Science in Health, Politics and Education.
José holds a Ph.D. in Science from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, a M.S.c. in Computer Science from Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil and a B.Sc. in Engineering from San Agustin University, Peru.
